Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Technical Sales & Application Engineer to support our sales and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and developing strong customer relationships.

Freshers with a strong technical background and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, product comparisons, and presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations at customer locations.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist customers with product selection, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Visit customer sites regularly for technical discussions, product demonstrations, and business development.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
0–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, industrial sales, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a robust interest in technical sales are welcome.
Good technical understanding and ability to read engineering/product documentation.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand customer problems and convert them into practical technical solutions.

Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial products, machinery, automation, electrical/electronic components, instrumentation, or engineering solutions.
Knowledge of CAD/software tools relevant to the industry.
Experience in preparing technical quotations and proposals.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
A proactive attitude toward sales and business development.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
