Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Vendor Manager with 2–3 years of experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating recruitment requirements with external partners. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete vendor lifecycle, including vendor identification, onboarding, requirement broadcasting, candidate coordination, documentation, and performance tracking. The role requires strong relationship-management and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and recruitment requirements effectively. IT recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates from other domains are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing vendors while identifying and onboarding potential new vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to broadcast hiring requirements and ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Conduct LinkedIn verification and initial screening/checks of vendor profiles and shared candidate details.
- Handle the complete vendor onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Ensure vendors sign the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before initiating work.
- Monitor vendor performance, submission quality, response time, and overall engagement. and support decisions related to continuing, improving, or expanding vendor partnerships.




- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding requirements, candidate feedback, interview updates, and closures.
- Maintain accurate vendor databases, agreements, communication records, candidate submissions, and performance reports.
- Resolve vendor-related queries and coordinate effectively to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the vendor management process.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in vendor management, recruitment coordination, staffing, or a related role.
- IT recruitment knowledge is preferred, but candidates from other domains can also apply.
- Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, recruitment coordination, and vendor relationship management.
- Familiarity with vendor documentation and agreements such as MSA and NDA.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn sourcing, profile verification, and candidate validation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, requirements, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
