Role Over view: An Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents about courses, colleges, fees, and career options, and converting enquiries into admissions. It’s a target-based sales role with a counselling focus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries

Student Counselling:Understand student’s academic background, career goals, and suggest suitable courses/programs

Sales & Conversions: Meet monthly admission targets by converting leads into paid admissions

Presentations: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, webinars, and campus/institute tours Documentation: Guide students through application process, form filling, fee payment, and document verification

Database Management:



Maintain CRM with student details, follow-up status, and feedback Market Activities: Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities

Coordination: Work with academic, finance, and marketing teams for smooth onboarding

Qualifications Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA/B.Ed preferred but not mandatory

Experience: 0-3 years. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Other: Target-oriented, energetic, willing to work 6 days a week

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
