Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing, particularly for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with UI automation using Playwright or Selenium, API testing, SQL-based test data validation, and end-to-end quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end manual testing of web applications and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Playwright or Selenium.
- Validate frontend functionality, UI/UX, integrations, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Create and manage test data using PostgreSQL, AWS, and SQL queries.
- Perform REST API testing using Postman and validate backend integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, execution reports, and defect documentation in QTest.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile environment.




- Leverage AI tools such as Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot for test-case generation, test data creation, and automation development.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous quality improvement.

Required Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly relevant.
- Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience testing web applications involving React, Vite, and Node.js.
- Valuable understanding of REST API testing and Postman.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL and test-data validation.
- Exposure to AWS-based applications and environments.
- Experience with automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.

Good to Have

- Experience with Salesforce, Workato, or Kitewheel.
- Experience integrating Playwright/Selenium automation with CI/CD.
- Knowledge of responsive web and cross-browser testing.
- Exposure to accessibility and performance testing.
- Understanding of Node.js backend services and application logs.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing using Cursor AI or Copilot.
- ISTQB Foundation or Certified Software Tester certification.
