Customer Support & UGC Intern – GFolio

Location: Hyderabad — Work from Office
Internship Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
Experience: No prior experience required
Duration: 3–6 months

GFolio is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support customers and create engaging social media content. The candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable appearing on camera, and be interested in fintech and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle basic customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-app support.
- Assist customers with registration, KYC, purchases, SIPs, payments, gifting, and withdrawals.
- Follow up on incomplete KYC, failed transactions, and pending requests.
- Escalate technical and transaction-related issues to the relevant team.
- Create relatable videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Appear on camera to explain GFolio’s features, offers, and benefits.
- Assist with scripts, captions, video hooks, voiceovers, and app demonstrations.
- Convert frequently asked customer questions into educational content.
- Respond professionally to social media comments and messages.
- Follow GFolio’s brand and financial-content guidelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate,



final-year student, or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Telugu is an advantage.
- Interest in customer support, social media, UGC, and fintech.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
- Candidates must be available to work from the Hyderabad office.
