Job Role Overview

Looking for an experienced ETP/MEE Operator to handle effluent treatment and evaporator operations at our solvent manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate & monitor ETP (equalization, neutralization, clarifier, aeration, sludge handling) and MEE (multiple effect evaporator) systems
- Dose treatment chemicals and maintain pH, COD, BOD, TSS within discharge norms
- Monitor steam, vacuum, temperature & feed parameters of MEE
- Take shift-wise readings, samples, and maintain logs/registers
- Handle sludge/salt reject as per hazardous waste norms
- Ensure compliance with SPCB discharge/ZLD requirements

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma (Chemical / Environmental Engineering) or equivalent
- Prior experience in ETP/MEE Operations in a Chemical, Pharma, or Solvent Plant
- Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment chemistry & SPCB norms
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
