Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and provide excellent service.
- Handle orders, billing, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and counter teams.
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Support sales and smooth outlet operations.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
