Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Understand members' preferences and relationship expectations.
- Assist customers in creating, updating, and managing their matrimonial profiles.
- Suggest suitable matches based on customer preferences and profile compatibility.
- Follow up regularly with members regarding profile activity and matchmaking progress.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Encourage customer engagement and improve member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Achieve individual and team productivity and service quality targets.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Build long-term relationships with members through regular communication and support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
