Job Summary

The ESG Manager will lead and drive the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. The role is responsible for ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, compliance management, and implementation of sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable frameworks and standards.
- Monitor and enhance the company's environmental, social, and governance performance metrics.
- Drive sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency, carbon reduction, waste management, diversity & inclusion, employee well-being, and community engagement.




- Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance to integrate ESG practices into business operations.
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and recommend improvement actions.
- Engage with customers, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders on ESG-related matters.
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging ESG best practices.

Pay: ₹695,659.17 - ₹2,229,653.77 per year
