SERVICE ADVISOR – EICHERJob Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle complaints.
- Prepare job cards and record customer requirements accurately.
- Inspect vehicles and identify service/repair requirements.
- Explain repair work, estimates, and delivery time to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
- Obtain customer approval for additional jobs.
- Coordinate with Parts Department for required spare parts.
- Ensure all complaints are attended to before delivery.
- Explain completed work and invoice details to the customer.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow Eicher service procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
