JOB OPENING: PROJECT ARCHITECT (Residential & Commercial)About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Project Architect to lead our building projects from initial sketch to final construction. You will design beautiful, functional spaces for both residential and commercial clients while managing teams, codes, and construction sites.Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create architectural designs, layouts, and technical drawings for homes, offices, and retail buildings.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all plans meet local building codes, zoning bylaws, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
- Team Coordination: Lead internal design teams and coordinate seamlessly with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients,



presenting design concepts and managing project timelines.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensure: Registered/Licensed Professional Architect.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing residential and commercial projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
