Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations using our tools and systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone early in their operations career who is eager to learn processes, work within the operations tech stack, and grow into a more senior role over time. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Executive and Operations Manager, assisting in keeping operations running smoothly for a premium D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Execution & Process Support

 Assist in running day-to-day operations (order to delivery, post-order support, returns) under guidance

 Help maintain and update SOPs and workflow documentation as processes evolve

 Flag gaps or issues noticed in existing processes to seniors

Tools, Technology & Automation

 Support daily use of operations tools such as ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, and internal dashboards

 Assist in identifying repetitive manual tasks that could be streamlined

 Coordinate with tech/product teams on basic system issues under supervision

 Ensure correct day-to-day usage of operations tools within the team

Data, MIS & Reporting

 Help maintain MIS, dashboards, and KPI trackers for operations

 Support tracking of TAT, cost, and customer experience metrics





 Compile basic productivity and quality reports for review by seniors

Cross-functional & Vendor Coordination

 Assist in daily coordination with supply chain, logistics, customer support, finance, and tech teams

 Support vendor and service provider follow-ups against agreed SLAs

 Provide execution support during scale-ups, launches, and peak periods

Ownership & Execution

 Take ownership of small, clearly defined tasks and processes end to end

 Learn from and support senior operations team members

 Bring a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

 0–2 years of experience in operations (internships/freshers with relevant exposure welcome)

 Willingness to learn operational processes hands-on in a fast-paced environment

 Basic to working familiarity with tools such as ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, or similar (training will be provided)

 Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

 Eagerness to understand process design, SOP documentation, and reporting

Good-to-Have

 Prior internship or academic project experience in operations, e-commerce, or retail

 Exposure to luxury, retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium brands

 Basic understanding of dashboards, MIS, or data tracking tools

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
