- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Develop recent recipes and seasonal menu items
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior baking staff
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams
- Manage baking schedules and production timelines
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
