Key Responsibilities

- Guide students (10th, 12th, and graduates) on career options and courses
- Call and follow up with leads generated through ads and campaigns
- Communicate with students/parents via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain student data and update CRM regularly
- Understand student interests and suggest suitable career paths
- Assist in admission process (forms, college selection, documentation)
- Support basic content creation (Reels / short videos / FAQs)
- Coordinate with team for smooth counseling and admissions

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers can apply
- Interest in education, counseling, or mentoring

Skills Required

- Positive communication skills (English + Hindi / Marathi preferred)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Willingness to learn and grow

Preferred (Optional)

- Technical background (added advantage)
- Interest in social media / content creation
- Basic knowledge of career options after 12th

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
