- Assist in preparing breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards as per hotel requirements.
- Support the bakery team in daily production and kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
- Prior bakery/hotel experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery products and preparation techniques.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hotel environment.
