Job Description:

Khattu Shyam Poultry Feed Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Bihar and Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the poultry feed sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and expand the distributor/retailer network across Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for poultry feed products.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales plans.
- Train, motivate, and guide the sales team for achieving individual and team targets.
- Conduct field visits, meet farmers, retailers, and distributors regularly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports,



forecasts, and business growth presentations for management.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–10 years of experience in Sales (Poultry Feed/FMCG/Agri products preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
- Positive knowledge of Bihar and Jharkhand markets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
