About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for creative requirements.
- Write engaging captions, copy, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Monitor social media trends and develop content accordingly.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.




- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and create relevant content.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media design tools.
- Understanding of Reels, Stories, hashtags, captions, and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with a strong social media portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
