Role Definition - Executive - Operation - Domestic

Responsible for entering, maintaining and monitoring all the data regarding purchase & Sales activity and ensuring timely delivery of goods by co-ordinating with logistic team and transporter. Also responsible for finding new supplier and assisting Business team in-adding new customers and suppliers.

Role deliverables:

- Support to sales person in Pre- Sales activities
- Support to sales person in Post- Sales activities
- supporting seniors in timely delivery of goods, production follow-ups with suppliers.
- Regular interactions with nominated suppliers and prospective suppliers.
- Ensuring timely production/Assuring committed quality
- Providing correct documents timely
- Cordination among The Customers, MR and Team Business logistic team, and supplier.
- Timely dispatch of Required Documents




- Live-wire updation of Business Software - SAP
- Any deviations in the above steps has to be communicated proactively to the respective person who will get impacted or can make an impact.
- Structured review of pending orders ,payments , commission, shipment and documents arrivals

JOB REQUIREMENT

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in Domestic / Import documentation, logistic or supply chain Executive

· SAP working experience

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
