Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process supporting e-commerce sellers. The role involves assisting sellers through chat, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer support experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice and Chat Process.
- Previous Seller Support experience is mandatory. Experience from any industry or domain is acceptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
