Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to join our Muthoot Honda Service team. The technician will be responsible for vehicle inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance while ensuring Honda service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of Honda vehicles.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.

Carry out repairs and replacement of defective parts as required.

Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, AC and electrical system checks.

Follow Honda-recommended repair and service procedures.

Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.

Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the specified time.

Maintain proper usage and care of tools, equipment and workshop facilities.

Follow safety, quality and cleanliness standards in the workshop.





Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair status.

Complete job cards and technical reports accurately.

Conduct final quality checks before delivering the vehicle.

Maintain productivity and efficiency as per workshop targets.

Eligibility & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Relevant experience as an Automobile/Service Technician is preferred.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

Good knowledge of automobile mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.

Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn new Honda technologies and repair procedures.

Strong focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Areas

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
