Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts, Compliance & Internal Controls

Role Summary

An experienced finance leader required to drive core accounting operations, finalization of financial statements, statutory tax compliances, and robust internal control frameworks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Balance Sheet Preparation & Financial Accounting

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and Cash Flow statements.
- Conduct regular General Ledger (GL) reviews, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.

GST & TDS Compliance

- Oversee end-to-end monthly/annual GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) and perform 2B/ITC reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate TDS deduction, timely deposit, quarterly e-TDS return filings, and Form 16A generation.
- Manage tax assessments, notices, and documentation with external auditors and consultants.

Internal Controls & Compliance Checks

- Design, implement, and monitor robust Internal Financial Control (IFC)



frameworks to minimize risk and revenue leakage.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks, internal process audits, and inventory physical verifications.
- Establish and enforce SOPs for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll accounting, and vendor payments.

Audit & Reporting Management

- Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.
- Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and budget vs. actual variance analysis to leadership.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 10–15 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Education: MBA in Finance or CA Inter / CA Dropout with strong practical domain expertise.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian GAAP, Tally Prime, and major ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
- Skills: High analytical capability, team leadership, attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Pay: ₹800,963.85 - ₹1,200,699.41 per year
