Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electronic hardware systems for innovative products. The ideal candidate will have experience in circuit design, PCB layout, embedded systems, hardware validation, and troubleshooting. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools.
- Select and evaluate electronic components based on performance and cost.
- Develop prototypes and conduct hardware testing and validation.
- Debug hardware issues and implement design improvements.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
- Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.




- Support product manufacturing, qualification, and failure analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in hardware design and development (experience requirements may vary).
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or KiCad.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, or Ethernet.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with FPGA or ASIC development.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI design practices.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as LTspice, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Setting

- Office and laboratory setting.
- May involve prototype assembly, testing, and occasional travel to manufacturing or customer sites.
