Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should have practical knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and basic electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV cameras at customer locations.
- Set up and configure DVR, NVR, and surveillance systems.
- Perform CCTV camera wiring, cabling, and termination.
- Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, and connectivity issues.
- Configure remote viewing through mobile applications and computers.
- Handle basic network configuration such as IP address, LAN, router, and switch setup.
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.
- Identify and replace faulty cameras, cables, connectors, SMPS, and other components.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the required time.
- Maintain service records and report completed work to the concerned team.




- Follow safety procedures while working at customer locations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP camera configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Knowledge of CAT6 cable crimping and termination.
- Basic electrical and wiring knowledge.
- Ability to use basic testing tools.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and service preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
