WebArtifacts Private Limited is seeking a qualified Privacy & Grievance Officer with experience in the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 to lead statutory compliance efforts for our platform NxtTurn prior to its public rollout.

This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring legal readiness, user-data protection compliance, and regulatory alignment of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with DPDP Act, 2023

* Act as the designated Grievance Officer for NxtTurn

* Draft and review Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy

* Implement user consent management framework

* Establish grievance redressal procedures and response timelines

* Ensure compliance for handling children’s data (parental consent mechanisms)

* Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (if required)

* Coordinate with legal, product, and technical teams for compliance integration

* Maintain regulatory documentation and audit readiness

* Assist with risk identification and mitigation related to personal data processing

Eligibility Criteria:

* Experience working with DPDP Act / IT Act / privacy compliance frameworks

* Background in Law, Cyber Law, Data Protection, Compliance, or Governance





* Prior experience as Compliance Officer / Privacy Officer / Grievance Officer preferred

* Understanding of digital platforms, SaaS, EdTech, or social platforms is an advantage

* Familiarity with GDPR or international privacy standards is a plus
