We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Science, and MLOps practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-driven products, optimize machine learning pipelines, and contribute to innovative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions for business applications.
- Build and optimize applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model training frameworks.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning models to ensure performance and reliability.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI, ML, and GenAI technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the model lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.




- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI development.
- Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with databases, data processing frameworks, and API development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.
- Experience building production-grade AI systems at scale.
