We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Travel to join our team. This is a fresher-friendly chance for candidates who have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are interested in building a career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with suitable travel options.
- Assist with flight, hotel, transfer, and sightseeing bookings.
- Create and customize basic travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
- Assist with visa documentation and travel-related paperwork.
- Prepare boarding passes, vouchers, and booking documents.
- Provide customer support before, during, and after the trip.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.




- Follow up with customers and provide timely updates.

Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email.
- Interest in Travel & Tourism.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn travel processes and booking systems.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior knowledge of the travel industry will be an advantage.
