We are looking for a responsible, compassionate, and well-organised Receptionist & Medicine Dispensing Executive to join our clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

* Welcome and assist patients and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.

* Manage appointments, registrations, follow-ups, and patient enquiries.

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and appointment scheduling.

* Coordinate smoothly between patients, doctors

* Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks as required all are done through software

* Ensure the reception and waiting area remain organised and patient-friendly.

Medicine Dispensing

* Dispense prescribed medications to patients strictly as per the prescription provided by the treating psychiatrist.

* Maintain proper records of medicines received, dispensed, and available in stock via software

* Monitor inventory and inform the clinic team regarding low-stock or expired medicines.

* Ensure medicines are stored appropriately and dispensed with due attention to prescription details.

Candidate Profile





We are looking for someone who is:

* Polite, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with patients and families.

* Responsible and attentive to detail.

* Comfortable handling confidential patient information.

* Good at communication in English and Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment/billing systems..

Location: Rohini sector 16

Working Hours: [5–6 hours/day) form 3 pm to 9 pm (adaptable)

salary - 10000 Rs to 12000 Rs depending on experience work related attitude

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
