Procurement & ISO Compliance Specialist — Remote (India-based)

Preferred Spares Industrial automation components — supplying B2B buyers across the GCC. Head office in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Remote, India-based Salary: INR 56,000–94,000/month, based on experience Preferred: Candidates with prior UAE/GCC work experience

The role

- Own procurement end-to-end: purchase orders, supplier communication, sourcing against customer requirements
- Maintain ISO documentation and support audit readiness
- Assist with sanctions/trade-compliance documentation

What you'll do

- Manage POs and communication with our core supplier base, including our primary European supplier
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
- Check availability, lead times and pricing against customer requirements
- Track shipments; coordinate with logistics on inbound freight
- Maintain supplier records; follow up on order status, credit terms, documentation
- Keep procurement and quality records organised and audit-ready
- Work closely with sales and accounts to keep procurement aligned with customer commitments

What we're looking for

- Procurement/purchasing experience — industrial, electrical, or B2B trading preferred
- Prior UAE/GCC work experience strongly preferred — direct exposure to Gulf suppliers, customers or procurement practices is a significant advantage




- ISO documentation/quality systems exposure (ISO 9001 or similar) — a plus, not mandatory
- ERP software experience (Zoho preferred)
- Comfortable managing multi-currency, multi-step orders with overseas suppliers
- Organised, detail-oriented, works well with minimal oversight
- Good written English
