Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.




- Support pre-joining engagement and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment KPIs and maintain hiring reports.
- Assist with employer branding, referral programs, and campus hiring.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
