Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).

- 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, consulting, or KPI-driven environments.

- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and project management.

- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence.
