Job Description – Senior Architect

Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch; CoA registration preferred
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in retail/highway/infrastructure projects

Role Summary

Lead architectural design and engineering for petro retail outlets, mobility stations, highway wayside amenities (WSA), EV charging stations and non-fuel retail developments, from concept to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead concept design, master planning, site layouts and detailed architectural drawings.
- Prepare/review BEP, IFC drawings, specifications and material schedules.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Fire, Landscape, Branding and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, PESO, NHAI and local statutory requirements.
- Optimize site circulation, parking, accessibility and customer experience.
- Drive value engineering, design standardization and cost optimization.
- Review consultant deliverables for quality, accuracy and constructability.
- Manage approvals, consultant performance and project schedules.




- Mentor junior architects and BIM/modeling teams.

Oil & Gas Retail, Highway Amenities, Fuel Stations, Mobility/EV Charging, Commercial/Retail, Hospitality and QSR projects.

Timely delivery, first-time-right drawings, statutory compliance, reduced design revisions, cost optimization and effective consultant coordination.
