Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an L2 Technical Support Engineer to handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support activities for networking and cybersecurity solutions. The candidate should be capable of handling both field work and remote support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support for networking and cybersecurity-related solutions.
- Handle onsite field work and remote support activities.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware-related issues.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and customers for issue resolution.
- Perform device maintenance, firmware updates, and basic network optimization.
- Maintain service reports and update support status regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma, ITI,



or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Knowledge of switches, routers, access points, and firewalls is required.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills are required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of networking concepts and IP configuration.
- Ability to handle onsite installation and support activities.
- Willingness to travel for client support work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
