About The Wellness Shop

TheWellnessShop.in is a fast-growing D2C wellness and skincare brand. We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Executive who can run, manage, and scale paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — with full ownership of budget, orders, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — Conversion, Retargeting, Traffic, and Awareness.
- Handle monthly ad budget efficiently with clear accountability on ROAS, CPA, and daily order targets.
- Test new audiences — cold, lookalike, and interest-based — to find the most cost-efficient segments.
- Scale winning creatives — identify top-performing ads and increase budgets without breaking performance.
- Analyse hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, and CPM — and iterate creatives based on data.
- Brief the design team on what to make next based on creative performance insights.




- Monitor ad frequency and audience fatigue — refresh creatives proactively.
- Track and report weekly performance — ROAS, CPA, Revenue, and key metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — D2C brands only.
- Proven ability to manage monthly budgets and hit order/ROAS targets.
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
- Knows how to read creative data — hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, frequency.
- Skincare, wellness, personal care, or FMCG D2C preferred.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
