Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified, experienced and compassionate Homeopathy Doctor to provide healthcare and medical support to students and staff of the Institution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for patient consultation, clinical assessment, diagnosis, homeopathic treatment, maintaining medical records, preventive healthcare, health counselling and appropriate referral to hospitals or specialists whenever required.

Educational Qualification

- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution/university.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Homeopathy Doctor.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, educational institution, residential facility or similar healthcare setup will be preferred.
- Experience in handling minor medical emergencies, first aid and patient referrals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Consultation & Treatment

- Examine and assess students and staff presenting with health concerns.
- Provide appropriate homeopathic consultation and treatment.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and treatment progress.

2. Student & Staff Healthcare

- Provide primary healthcare support to students and staff.
- Address common health concerns and provide appropriate medical advice.
- Counsel students and staff on general health, hygiene, nutrition and lifestyle.

3. Medical Records & Documentation

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Document consultations, treatments, follow-ups and referrals.

4. Preventive Healthcare

- Promote health awareness and preventive healthcare practices.
- Conduct or support health awareness programmes for students and staff.

5. Emergency & Referral Support

- Provide appropriate first-aid support for minor medical emergencies.




- Identify cases requiring specialist consultation or emergency intervention.
- Coordinate timely referrals to hospitals or other healthcare professionals.

6. Institutional Coordination

- Coordinate with institutional authorities regarding healthcare requirements.
- Support institutional health and wellness initiatives.
- Attend to urgent healthcare requirements of students and staff, as required.
