Role Summary:
WinWire is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong Market Access domain expertise to support business initiatives across Pricing, Contracting, Government Programs, Rebates, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Managed Care, and Market Access Operations.
Primary (Must have skills)*
- Market Access Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Market Access ecosystem
- Experience supporting Managed Care, Payer, PBM, Government Programs, and Specialty Pharmacy processes
- Knowledge of Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net calculations
- Understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs
- Knowledge of formulary management and payer access dynamics
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and market access business functions
- Business Analysis Skills
- Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessment
- BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria preparation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business process improvement and optimization experience
Secondary Skills (Good to have)
- Experience with Model N applications
- Knowledge of Gross-to-Net forecasting processes
- Experience working with Specialty Pharmacy and HUB Operations
- Understanding of Patient Access and Patient Support Services
- Experience supporting Government Pricing programs
