Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Define test plans, cases, and execution strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct manual and/or automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with developers to track, verify, and close defects efficiently.
- Manage client communication, status updates, and project reporting.
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation for test results, project milestones, and delivery notes.
- Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure releases meet business and user expectations.
- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and project management processes.




- Hands-on experience with Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana or similar tools.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (added advantage).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification in QA, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,624.47 - ₹52,358.04 per month
