We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural 2D Draftsman to create accurate and high-quality architectural drawings, K-smart submission and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building rules, and construction practices, and will be proficient in CAD and related software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints as per project requirements.
- Proficiency in K-smart
- Convert sketches and conceptual designs into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Make revisions to plans as requested.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant building rules, regulations, and company standards.




- Maintain and organize drawings and documentation for each project.
- Visit construction sites occasionally for measurements or coordination.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of local building rules and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in similar roles.

Prepare and submit K-smart drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
