1. Daily Store Operations:

- Open and close the store on time.
- Oversee tagging, sorting, cleaning, and pressing workflows.
- Coordinate garment delivery and pickup schedules.
- Handle billing, cash counters, and digital POS transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.

2. Customer Service and Sales:

- Greet customers and answer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints or damaged-item claims professionally.
- Drive local sales and promote special cleaning packages.
- Build long-term client relations and repeat business.

3. Staff Management

- Hire, train, and supervise front-desk and plant workers.
- Create staff work schedules and track attendance.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.

4. Administration and Compliance

- Prepare daily sales, collection, and expense reports.
- Ensure adherence to local environmental and safety rules for chemical use.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
