We are looking for freshers who are confident, energetic, and interested in sales to join our Business Development team.

You will be responsible for finding potential business clients, connecting with them through calls and in-person meetings, understanding their requirements, and converting them into customers.

Our services include Business Management Systems, CRM Software, Custom Software Development, and other IT solutions for businesses.

What You Will Do

- Find new leads through online research, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
- Call and connect with potential customers.
- Meet business owners and understand their requirements.
- Explain and pitch our IT/software solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Build relationships with recent clients and generate new business.

What We Are Looking For

- Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident speaking with new people.
- Willing to make calls and meet clients in the field.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software is a plus.
- Candidates who enjoy sales and are motivated by incentives.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹5,000/month
Incentive: ₹20,000 per successful sale
