Job Responsibilities

● Conduct detailed home inspections and property quality checks.
● Inspect civil works including walls, flooring, plaster, tiling, doors/windows, ceilings and other construction elements.
● Identify and document defects such as cracks, seepage, dampness, leakage, uneven surfaces and poor workmanship.
● Use inspection tools such as moisture meters, thermal cameras, laser tools and other relevant equipment.
● Perform quality checks of residential properties during possession and handover.
● Interact with customers and clearly explain inspection findings and technical observations.
● Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs, observations and recommendations.
● Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and completion of inspections.
● Maintain accurate inspection records and update job status in the company system.
● Ensure inspections are conducted professionally and according to HousyPoint quality standards.
● Travel to customer locations for property inspections as required.

Required Skills

● B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
● Good knowledge of civil construction, building quality and finishing works.
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Strong observation and attention to detail.
● Ability to identify construction defects and quality issues.




● Valuable report-writing and documentation skills.
● Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel and CRM/software tools.
● Professional customer-handling skills.
● Willingness to travel for home/property inspections.
● Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills are welcome to apply.
● Prior experience in construction, quality control, site supervision or home inspection is preferred but not mandatory.
