​Role Overview

​We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (6+ years exp.) to align our business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving employee engagement, talent development, performance management, retention, and organizational development in our Jaipur office.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Strategic Business Partnership: Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and translate them into actionable human resources strategies.
- ​Talent Management & Acquisition: Partner with recruitment leads to forecast hiring needs, acquire top-tier talent, and build robust succession plans.
- ​Performance Management: Drive mid-year/annual performance review cycles, establishing transparent KPIs, OKRs, and continuous feedback loops.
- ​Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted counselor to resolve complex workforce issues, boost morale, measure eNPS, and foster a healthy corporate culture.




- ​Learning & Development (L&D;): Identify competency gaps, design training programs, and evaluate skill development programs.
- ​HR Compliance & Analytics: Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, maintain HR policies, and present data-backed HR analytics to executive leadership.

​Qualifications & Requirements

- ​6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an explicit HRBP or HR Manager role.
- ​Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field.
- ​Deep knowledge of organizational design, talent management, compensation structuring, and Indian labor laws.
- ​Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for executive stakeholder interactions.
- ​Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth matrixed corporate environments is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
