Job Summary

We are looking for a Production & Quality Engineer to handle assembly and quality-related activities on the shop floor and ensure production processes meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle assembly and production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per requirements.
- Perform quality checks and inspections of products/components.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of production and quality processes.
- Good understanding of shop-floor operations.




- Proficiency in MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Preferred Experience

- 2–3+ years of experience in Production, Quality, Assembly, or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
