Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
- Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
- Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
- Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Report to supervisors on a regular basis. Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor. Present losses and damage by reporting irregularities and inform

violators of policy and procedures.





- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain workplace by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
