Job Title: Telecaller Location: Siliguri, West Bengal Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/candidates and explain products or services. Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful clients. Maintain call records and update customer information. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements: Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer knowledge. Confident, energetic and target-oriented. Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Depends on profile + incentives Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
