Warehouse Executive / Supervisor - Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Inventory Management

Objective: Maintain accurate stock records and inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry for all inbound stock.

•Maintain inventory accuracy of ≥99%.

•Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits.

•Track batch-wise and SKU-wise inventory.

KPIs:

•Inventory accuracy %

•Stock variance %

•Physical vs system stock match %

2. Inward Operations

Objective: Ensure timely receiving and storage of fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities:

•Verify quantity and quality during receipt.

•Coordinate unloading and storage activities.

•Ensure proper palletization and crate stacking.

•Adhere to FIFO/FEFO practices.

KPIs:

•Inward processing time

•Receiving accuracy %

•Number of receiving discrepancies

3. Storage & Quality Maintenance

Objective: Preserve freshness and minimize spoilage.

Key Responsibilities:

•Monitor cold room temperature and humidity.

•Ensure proper storage conditions for all SKUs.

•Identify damaged or aging inventory.

•Coordinate with quality teams for rejection and disposal.

KPIs:

•Shrinkage/Wastage %

•Temperature compliance %

•Product spoilage rate %

4. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Objective:



Achieve accurate and timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

•Pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per schedule.

•Ensure correct SKU and quantity allocation.

•Coordinate loading activities.

•Maintain dispatch documentation.

KPIs:

•Order fulfillment accuracy %

•On-time dispatch %

•Customer return due to warehouse error %

5. Warehouse Hygiene & Safety

Objective: Maintain a clean, organized, and protected warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure daily cleaning of warehouse and cold storage.

•Maintain pest control standards.

•Follow safety SOPs and PPE guidelines.

•Report hazards and incidents.

KPIs:

•Safety incidents

•Audit compliance score

•Hygiene inspection score

6. Team & Process Compliance

Objective: Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

•Train warehouse helpers on SOPs.

•Maintain records and operational reports.

•Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.

•Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

KPIs:

•SOP compliance %

•Audit observations closed

•Process improvement initiatives implemented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
