We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and tighten up our installation operations. You'll sit at the centre of the business, connecting our sales and installation teams, leading a group of Installation Managers, and making sure every project gets delivered smoothly and to a high standard. You'll also play a big part in keeping our client relationships strong and our operations running well.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect the sales and installation teams so projects hand over cleanly and get delivered without friction.
- Lead, guide, and support a team of Installation Managers.
- Run audits and stay on top of compliance to keep quality, safety, and documentation in good shape.
- Build and strengthen client relationships as a senior point of contact.
- Keep day to day operations running smoothly across scheduling, tracking,
and reporting.
- Spot bottlenecks and keep improving how things get done.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in installations, field services, or a similar industry. Solar or renewable energy experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- A solid grasp of audits, compliance, and process control.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Willing and able to work the 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM IST shift.
- Based in Delhi or Gurgaon.
