- Establish and maintain a structured order placement process, ensuring that orders are released only after receiving the client advance and an approved Proforma Invoice (PI) with proper internal authorization.
- Manage Input GST credit tracking and optimization, including vendor follow-ups to ensure proper documentation and compliance for maximizing GST utilization.
- Monitor and maintain accurate GST documentation and compliance records to support tax reporting and reduce potential tax liabilities.
- Enforce inward and outward documentation controls for all materials, products, and samples, particularly those moved through Delivery Challans (DC).
- Maintain systematic tracking of materials, ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance for audit and operational purposes.
- Increase involvement in Salesforce financial tracking, ensuring alignment between project orders, financial entries, and operational processes.
- Support financial monitoring of import orders, including coordination between procurement, accounts, and operations to ensure proper financial documentation and tracking.




- Maintain structured financial documentation and historical records, including vendor pricing, expense tracking, purchase records, and financial documentation for long-term reference.
- Support management with financial insights related to procurement, pricing trends, and cost management.
- Take a stronger leadership role within the accounts function, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to company processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial processes align with operational workflows and project execution requirements.
- Oversee proper documentation and financial process compliance across departments to support operational transparency and accountability.
- Support the improvement of financial control systems and internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
