We are looking for a creative and motivated fresher to join our T-shirt and sports jersey manufacturing unit. Previous job experience is not required, but you should already have good knowledge of CorelDRAW and basic graphic designing.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit sports jersey and T-shirt designs
- Work in CorelDRAW and Photoshop/basic design software
- Edit names, numbers, logos and artwork for customer orders
- Prepare designs and files for sublimation printing
- Make print-ready files with correct size, layout and quality
- Make design corrections according to customer requirements
- Assist with the printing and production process
- Maintain organized design files and customer orders
- Learn and follow our company's design and printing workflow
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome
- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW is required
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage
- Good understanding of colours, fonts, layouts and image quality
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn sublimation printing and jersey production
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on designing skills and performance.
Important
No previous job experience is required.
However, candidates should already know how to use CorelDRAW and create/edit designs.
