Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Content Writer to manage and grow the digital presence of ICCPL and Digicom through engaging content, storytelling, and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars.
- Monitor trends and competitors.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage community interactions.
- Track performance using analytics.

Content Writing

- Write captions, blogs, articles, website content, and marketing copy.
- Create content for campaigns, newsletters,



and email marketing.
- Develop SEO-friendly content.
- Proofread and edit content.

Creative & Campaign Management

- Coordinate with designers.
- Generate ideas for reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Assist in influencer marketing.
- Support branding initiatives.

Required Skills

- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Creative copywriting and storytelling.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field. Internship or prior experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Writing is an advantage.
