Software Requirement: Experienced in Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime)

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

2. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, PF/ESI (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing of all returns.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and year-end audits.

4. Payroll & Documentation

- Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records (if required).
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and other accounting documentation.
- Maintain organized and updated financial records.

Coordination & Support

- Liaise with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments.
- Support senior management with financial planning and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience with robust hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliances.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Speaking fluency in Hindi & English prefered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
